I wanted to write and say thank you for all that you have done for me and continue to do for me. To often these days, people go with out saying thank you when a business like yours goes above and beyond. From day one you and all of the Nisswa Marine staff have more than exceeded my expectations. Whether it is just a quick question over the phone, a service visit or to buy a new wake board, everyone on your staff treats me like I am the #1 customer and #1 concern at that moment. In all of my business dealings in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, I have yet to find a company that even comes close to the service your organization provides. I truly believe that you and your family have an outstanding organization. You should be very proud of what you have done and what you continue to do. Dear Brent,

I wanted to thank you for the outstanding service that you and your employees provided to me this past weekend.

We had company at our cabin last weekend from Florida. We were all looking forward to some boating over the beautiful weekend. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with our Cobalt 226.

I dropped by the shop on Saturday morning around 10:00 AM and explained the problem. My expectations were to be able to get the boat into the shop sometime during the following week for repair. I also hoped to be able to rent a boat so that we could still enjoy the weekend on the water.

I was told not to worry and that you would get people to my cabin, tow the boat in and lookat it right away even though you were short staffed. I was stunned that all of that could happen on a Saturday morning without any notice! In addition, my guest happened to be a regional manager for Yamaha in Florida. He stated that he wouldn't be able to get that level of marine service even as a manager for Yamaha!

I went back to our cabin and within the hour a boat showed up with two Nisswa Marine employees. They towed the boat to the landing, loaded it and towed it back to the shop.

At 1:30 PM, I drove to the shop to see what kind of progress was being made. As I walked in, I was informed that the mechanic was just finishing up! My boat was repaired, gas tank filled and my boat was cleaned up!!! I was back on the water by 2:00 PM!!!

Overall, my experience with Nisswa Marine has been outstanding. From purchasing the boat to service and storage, your organization sets a tremendous standard for service.

"I'm writing this to show my continued amazement at your dealership and staff. I bought my Cobalt 226 in 1999. You have continued to provide phenomenal service. Last summer when I totaled the outdrive, Jeremy stayed late so I could pull the boat into the yard. Danny fixed the outdrive as promptly as the insurer allowed and winterized the boat. I forgot to bring the insurance check with me when I picked up the boat but the counter staff remembered me and told me just to sign it and mail it in. I am not treated like a customer so much as a family friend. I have never experienced service like this from any dealer or store and I'd never go anywhere else to buy a boat unless I was looking for something you didn't carry. I am approaching my 9th season after the sale and I am amazed at the ongoing service. Thank-you so much! Skip Silvestrini"

"HISTORY: After shopping around we thought why not give a local dealer our business. Were we right? Check it out. VISIT: We stopped by and met a salesman, Al Albertson,who helped us immensely in making this hugh decision. After not much thought on our part the purchase of a pontoon was a done deal. PROCESS: We made the loan arrangements and prepared ourselves for a move that made us a little nervous. Again Nisswa Marine personnel made life so easy. Tammy Hall had all the papers prepared and in a matter of minutes we were the proud owners of a Premier Pontoon. It was brought to the Main Public Access on Gull Lake for the maiden voyage. SERVICE: On the maiden voyage a representative for Nisswa Marine went through the bells and whistles and noticed that during this training that the pontoon was not operating the way it should. A Service Tech was called and within the half hour he was there to make adjustments and correct the problem. "Now the pontoon is mine to go my merry way. OOPS!! not so fast. After about 2 hours of trying it out the motor died and I couldn't get it started. Thank God for Nisswa Marine Service.....after floating to shore I contacted them and about 20 minutes later here comes a boat with two young gentlemen to save the day. There was a problem and they loaded the pontoon up and away to the shop. The motor was repaired and the next weekend it was waiting for me and it hasn't stop running yet. CONCLUSION: Thanks to the Nisswa Marine Family for making our decision the right one" "
