"I am a boating enthusiast from childhood and my family has been going on vacation to the Nisswa area for a long time. I would always stop and look at the boats on display while on vacation, because they always sold the boats that I wanted to own some day.
Whlie on vacation a year or so ago I had a problem with my trailer and needed a part. Ross at the service department got the part for me so I could fix the trailer before my trip home. That service and caring meant a lot to me that Ross and Nisswa marine went out of their way to get the parts needed and give me peace of mind for my travel home from vacation .
I saw Ross at the 2009 Mpls Boat show and decided to buy a Ranger Reata 1850RS with a Yamaha 150, its the best decision I ever made. The service from Ross, Melissa, jeremy and the entire staff at Nisswa marine and Superior Canvas was and is TOP NOTCH. They all went above and beyond my expectations to give me my perfect boat. I will always

"I was contacted July 2007 by Jeremy after requesting information on the cobalt line he invited my wife Pamela and my self to Nisswa marine on the water boat show. This was the first time we met Jermey. He spent an hour or so showing us the features of the cobalt line of boats we then spent another hour on the lake testing the boat at no time did my wife or i feel any pressure. We stopped at the dealer ship a couple of weeks later on our way north for Jeremy to look at our possible trade this was mid August and our purchase plan for spring of 2009 again still no pressure to commit our next contact was a Christmas greeting. My wife and myself met with Jermey at the boat show winter 2009 we put the numbers together the trade in value was very fair and we closed the deal he also made arangements to tour the Cobalt boat factory well worth the trip. The new boat arrived and we arranged a pick up date along with an on the water orientation all expitation were once again met. Our family has spent the first summer enjoying a very well equiped 242 Cobalt. With out a question this has been the best buying experence my wife and i have been involved with hands down. "I want to thank Nisswa Marine, and there employees (Jason) for the most enjoyable summer ever spent at the lake. We have been looking for the right boat and like majority of people they won’t to spend most of their time on the lake. After thinking about owning a larger boat but never taking the initial step to own one. Almost like clockwork after looking for months I would venture into Nisswa Marine showroom and browse through the used boats on display thinking it would really be nice to own one but questioning is it worth the expense. The trip in this year (2008), as usual I looked at the used boats and was ready to make my pilgrimage to the lake in my new Chris Craft. Once I bought the boat you couldn’t get my family and I off it, we would fish until sunset, tube or just cruise around the back bays looking for a place to have lunch or dinner, we never really regretted purchasing are new Chris Craft 21' after we owned the boat, and enjoyed every minute together on it. I will tell more people about my experience at Nisswa Marine.

"I met Jeremy Wizcek at the 2008 boat show in Minneapolis and discussed 2007 Supra boats that he still had in inventory and the possibility of trading my 2002 Supra. Jeremy advised me that he would put some numbers together and send me a proposal. Jeremy did follow through and sent me what I believed was a fair trade-in value based on the way that I verbally described by boat's condition. We subsequently exchanged numerous emails and I went to Nisswa Marine to see the Supra that I was interested in. As promised Jeremy had the boat inside ready for my inspection since it had been a demo boat. Since I am a very fussy buyer I asked Jeremy if several minor repairs could be made. Jeremy made notes of the items and said that they would be taken care of by the time I did the water test. Several weeks later during May 2008 I brought by 2002 Supra to Nisswa Marine so they could check it out and also to water test the 2007 Supra.
As promised Jeremy had all the requested repairs made when I arrived. After the water test, Jeremy had all the paper work ready to close the purchase based on the trade- in value he had previously quoted me. I met with Tammy from his staff and she very efficiently had all the documents ready to sign to close the deal.
In summary, I was very impressed with Jeremy and the staff at Nisswa Marine. Jeremy NEVER tried to pressure me into buying the boat. In fact, even after incurring the expense to make the minor repairs to the boat Jeremy said if I was not satisfied with the condition or the water test results that was no problem. His main concern was that I was satisfied with the boat before making any purchase and that I could walk away. Based on by positive buying experience, I will look to Nisswa Marine for my next bought purchase. Thanks Jeremy and staff!

"The level of service that you will receive from Nisswa Marine is second to none. I am not talking about only when you pick up you purchase but for each and every visit or phone call to them. The employee's truly care about the customer and show it in their greeting as well as the quality of their work.
Having dealt with a variety of different business over the years I have not come across another business that is as consistent in the high level of customer support that Nisswa Marine does.

"I'm writing this to show my continued amazement at your dealership and staff. I bought my Cobalt 226 in 1999. You have continued to provide phenomenal service. Last summer when I totaled the outdrive, Jeremy stayed late so I could pull the boat into the yard. Danny fixed the outdrive as promptly as the insurer allowed and winterized the boat. I forgot to bring the insurance check with me when I picked up the boat but the counter staff remembered me and told me just to sign it and mail it in. I am not treated like a customer so much as a family friend. I have never experienced service like this from any dealer or store and I'd never go anywhere else to buy a boat unless I was looking for something you didn't carry. "HISTORY:
After shopping around we thought why not give a local dealer our business. Were we right? Check it out.
VISIT:
We stopped by and met a salesman, Al Albertson,who helped us immensely in making this hugh decision. After not much thought on our part the purchase of a pontoon was a done deal.
PROCESS:
We made the loan arrangements and prepared ourselves for a move that made us a little nervous. Again Nisswa Marine personnel made life so easy. Tammy Hall had all the papers prepared and in a matter of minutes we were the proud owners of a Premier Pontoon. It was brought to the Main Public Access on Gull Lake for the maiden voyage.
SERVICE:
On the maiden voyage a representative for Nisswa Marine went through the bells and whistles and noticed that during this training that the pontoon was not operating the way it should. A Service Tech was called and within the half hour he was there to make adjustments and correct the problem.
"Now the pontoon is mine to go my merry way. OOPS!! not so fast. After about 2 hours of trying it out the motor died and I couldn't get it started. Thank God for Nisswa Marine Service.....after floating to shore I contacted them and about 20 minutes later here comes a boat with two young gentlemen to save the day. There was a problem and they loaded the pontoon up and away to the shop. The motor was repaired and the next weekend it was waiting for me and it hasn't stop running yet. CONCLUSION: Thanks to the Nisswa Marine Family for making our decision the right one"
